As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our Technical Calculation department at the earliest possible start date, working 14 hours per week (preferably on two fixed weekdays). In this role, you can expect the following tasks in particular: * You will familiarize yourself with the existing multibody simulation (MBS) environment used to model wind turbine drivetrain dynamics. * You will support the creation and refinement of simulation models for drivetrain components and load cases relevant to wind turbine drivetrain operation. * You will run parametric and variation studies to analyse dynamic behaviour, load interactions, and kinematic relationships within the turbine system. * You will contribute actively to technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and concept development related to the topic. * You will help validate simulation results against analytical calculations or measurement data. * You will support the documentation of simulation processes, model descriptions, and results. * You will prepare visual material (plots, animations, and presentations) for internal training sessions, discussions, and project reports, and assist with additional administrative tasks.
