As a working student, you will support our Berlin based EU HR team in all areas of Human Resources. You will get to know many different aspects of our day-to-day business in an internationally company. As a Working Student in the Human Resources department, you will... - Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g. contract management and personnel administration, new joiner onboarding, employee queries, correspondence, reference letters, document's filing, controlling, monitoring - Support with creation of statistics and reports - Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy - Create, document and follow up on administrative tickets - Create, maintain and update internal wikis and intranet pages
