Currently, we are looking for an ITSM Intern to support our global IT Service Management team. This role offers hands on experience in data analytics, ServiceNow, CMDB, asset management, and key ITSM processes. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with global ITSM experts and learn from industry-leading professionals. Requirements

Students of Computer Science, Data Science or related studies (4th or final year), available to work min. 20h/week
Strong analytical skills and high comfort working with large, complex data sets
Understanding of data analytics methodologies , data interpretation, and drawing conclusions from trends
Some experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Interest in ITSM, digital platforms, and process improvement
Good communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude
