Job Description

As a AI Solution Engineering Intern , you will support the development and delivery of conversational AI solutions for customers, working closely with experienced Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and innovation, giving you hands-on exposure to real customer use cases and modern AI-powered solutions. You will learn how technical solutions are designed, prototyped, integrated, and delivered to solve concrete business challenges. This internship is ideal for someone curious about technology, eager to learn, and motivated to grow long term at Infobip.

Requirements

Final-year student in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field
Availability to work min 30h/per week, ideally 40h/per week
Availability to start internship May 18, with a valid student contract for the full duration of 6 months
Strong interest in conversational AI, solution engineering, and customer-facing technology
Basic programming skills and a hands-on, learning-by-doing mindset
Curious, proactive, and motivated to explore modern AI-powered solutions
Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
