Oliver Wyman is a diverse, entrepreneurial, non-competitive partnership of individuals who like to pursue new opportunities or build a unique franchise doing what they do best in a collegial, fun environment.We are looking for high potential interns to join our Operations Practice based in Paris (France) for a six-month internship starting in 2025.Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager during the assignments, the intern is responsible for the deliverables on simple workstream or standalone projects, with the proper supervision from its management, in various industries. The intern shows interest in Operations topics, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Optimization. If the internship is successful, the intern might be offered a permanent position within our teams.Your responsibilities will include the following:Understand the problem and define an approach to address and solve the issuesConduct thorough analysis and run diagnostics to find the causes of under-performanceProvide hypothesis and build recommendations to enhance the performancePrepare the deliverables of the assignment, under the supervision of your managementDisplay basic project management skills for workstream activitiesInteract with our clients in an international environment and develop your consulting skillsIdentify additional areas in which Operations can add value to the client and contribute to its developmentDevelop strong knowledge and expertise in at least one of the Operations domains (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Optimization)Frequent travels might be requested according to the assignments.
