Job Description

This internship sits in Gen’s growth and monetization team, working on in‑app sales and retention for Norton consumer desktop products. The role focuses on improving customer journeys, running experiments, and supporting commercial growth through data‑driven in‑product marketing. Example projects include improving upgrade screens inside Norton after install, testing different offers or messages, and analyzing which versions lead more users to subscribe or stay longer.

Requirements

Active student or very recent graduate, able to work onsite in Prague for the full duration
Currently studying (or recently graduated in) Digital Marketing, Product, Analytics, Product Design, or a related field
Strong interest in digital products, growth, and monetization
Comfortable working with data and learning through experimentation
Clear written and spoken English
Be an active full-time student or recently graduated
Have an interest in consumer technology and SaaS
Professional fluency in English is required (written and spoken), as we work in a global team
