Spark Asset Management & Finance is a Bratislava-based internship (3 days in person presence in the office per week is required) designed to develop emerging talent across the Asset Management and Finance industry. This unique experience offers university students the opportunity to participate in an exclusive two-semester (up to 20 hours per week) internship programme, working within a dedicated Asset Management or Finance business team and contributing to meaningful business outcomes. Interns gain hands-on experience while participating in curated sessions and trainings led by leaders across departments directly and indirectly supporting Asset Management and Finance operations. The programme reflects Swiss Re’s forward-thinking approach to Asset Management and Finance, embedding AI-enabled and data-driven practices into everyday business decision-making. To conclude the 9-month programme, each intern will have the opportunity to compete for a permanent role within our organization (subject to availability at the given time). Career opportunities and additional awards are granted to top performers.
