About the role: For our Iberia team we are looking for a Junior Product Specialist You will be supporting the management of our products in serving well our existing and new business models. You will be collaborating with different functionals teams ensuring customer satisfaction. You may also be tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches. This is a 6-month internship. Location The role is based in Madrid. What you’ll do: * Assisting in the execution on the Product strategy in the market * Be part of the Go to Market process and support new product launches * Work with the PL Manager and the rest of the team in their daily collaboration with all relevant stakeholders – Sales, marketing, Demand Planning, Controlling. * Resolving customer issues, drive improvements, error corrections and simplification. * Attending internal/external meetings as required. * Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses * Support PL Manager during budget and forecast Provide Sales Organization with – continuously updated – detailed product info, market launch and pricing. * Cooperate with the Sales team to set up listings & promos presence according to objectives, for key customers.
