You support us in two exciting topics and actively introduce your ideas: Topic 1: Project support in the Product Domain Model team: This area is divided into two areas of responsibility. On the one hand, you regularly perform the “BAC mapping xlsx Assembly”, that is, you perform a data comparison and process the corresponding further steps, for example: Update on the SharePoint, communication with the relevant company areas, and so on independently. This task requires a high degree of reliability, care, and precision, as it is tied to a fixed time window (Mondays in the time from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and its execution is production-relevant and therefore very critical. Furthermore, you support the activities of the BAC curriculum, i.e. you work closely with our team to prepare a presentation, supported by research, data preparation or the creation of documentation. Your work helps to make complex relationships tangible and to bridge the gap between technology and business. Topic 2: Support of the area office in the area of communication. In this area, you help shape how we communicate internally. These include: * The creation of content for our newsletter – from texts to graphics to editorial support * The participation in video shooting, e.g. by concept development, organization or cutting * Organizational support, such as planning events and coordinating communication activities In both areas, you have the chance to work independently, get creative and gain valuable practical experience in agile teams. You will learn how to prepare strategic content while supporting the lively design of our internal communication. You will be part of an open and diverse team that attaches great importance to appreciative collaboration and clear communication.
