As a Transaction Management Assistant, you will be supporting smooth delivery of new and ongoing client mandates by coordinating legal, regulatory, and operational tasks across multiple stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners, the role covers SPV incorporations, compliance filings, KYC and bank account openings, and document execution, while ensuring everything runs efficiently and in line with internal processes. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, attention to detail, and building strong professional relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
