Job Description

As part of our international internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in automation and digitalization across two global locations – Germany and Tunisia. You’ll work on real projects, explore smart manufacturing technologies, and actively contribute to LEONI’s digital transformation journey. The internship is structured into three phases: * Onboarding in Kitzingen, Germany (approx. 2 months) Get to know LEONI’s culture, production& logistics processes, and automation strategy. * Practical experience in Tunisia (approx. 2 months) Apply your skills in a real production environment and work directly in one of our plants. * Wrap-up in Kitzingen, Germany (approx. 2 months) Present your findings and help translate your experience into actionable strategies

Requirements

You are currently enrolled at a German university
You are pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or similar field of study
You analyze complex data structures and identify improvement potential for end-to-end sales/purchasing processes
You have working proficiency in both Mandarin and English
You are available for the full 6-month internship period
