At Valeo Martos, we don’t just build headlights; we build intelligence. But even the brightest lights need protection. We are looking for a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Rockstar to join our Cybersecurity team. This isn't your typical "sit-at-a-desk-and-read-logs" job. You’ll be at the heart of the action, moving between the server room and the boardroom. What you’ll be doing: * The Culture Catalyst: You’ll be the face of Cyber! You will promote and drive awareness of the Valeo Information Security Policy. Your goal? Make sure every employee knows how to spot a phish before it bites. * The Risk Architect: Work side-by-side with the Regional Cybersecurity Officer. You’ll dive into Information Risk Assessments and, more importantly, track the action plans that actually fix the gaps. * The Information Security Guardian: Help us prepare for the ultimate automotive "Gold Standard." You’ll be a key player in ensuring our site is ready for the TISAX audit. * The Bridge to CIRT: When the alarm bells ring, you are the link. You’ll act as the first point of contact between our site and the Global CIRT (Cyber Incident Response Team).
