





Under the responsibility of the Performance and Operations Director, you will be part of the Retail Excellence team for Europe and the Middle East. You will actively contribute to the implementation of operational projects and performance monitoring across our EME network, and you will provide daily support to our Regional Operations Managers and stores. This experience will allow you to discover the luxury retail environment and give you the opportunity to learn how we bring customer service excellence to life. RETAIL PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND ANALYSIS * Monitor monthly key performance indicators and provide analysis to Retail network; * Compile the zone’s overall targets every semester and update digital tools accordingly; * Contribute to the rollout of new central projects supporting business development; * Create new reporting tools when necessary. IN‑STORE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE * Track mystery shopping results and highlight areas for improvement; * Facilitate the provision of in‑store tools to ensure consistent customer experience; * Manage store staff appearance, from ordering to distribution; * Participate in the onboarding of new retail employees from across Europe and the Middle East. MAINTAINING STORE AND STOCK EXCELLENCE ACROSS THE REGION * Participate in financial inventories in stores and monitor results against targets; * Focus on in‑store operational performance to ensure compliance and excellence; * Contribute to maintaining a high level of excellence in store and stock tools. IN‑STORE SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT * Provide daily support to stores to facilitate operational matters; * Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Training, and Finance as the key contact for Regional Operations Managers; * Manage UPS accounts across Europe.
