Our international Talent Acquisition team at the BMW Group supports the global Center of Competence and HR departments worldwide in recruiting and candidate selection. We are more than the average HR department – we drive innovation in talent acquisition processes across all BMW Group entities. What awaits you? * You will support project managers with day-to-day tasks, content creation, and planning of meetings, workshops, and projects to ensure smooth operations of the global Talent Acquisition office. * Furthermore, you help develop selection methods and concepts for Talent Acquisition processes across different BMW Group entities and target groups worldwide. * In addition, you contribute to collecting and evaluating data regarding diagnostic tool needs in various BMW Group entities globally. * Moreover, you will assist in identifying, analyzing, selecting, and implementing various selection tools across different countries and BMW Group entities. * You will also support the preparation of market research presentations and trend reports. * Additionally, you work on inspiring tasks and projects with guidance and mentorship, being part of the team from day one and encouraged to add new ideas and value.
