We are currently looking for recent graduates interested in a Summer Internship to join our entrepreneurial and dynamic team based in Lisbon, starting in June/July 2023. You will be supporting transaction execution, preparation and client pitch work on the buy and sell-side. Your role will be fully integrated in the team and will allow you to work and interact with senior members of the FIG team and get direct transaction experience. The internship is a great opportunity to potentially be converted to a full-time Analyst position, if agreeable to both parties. Your day-to-day duties will encompass: Assist in the preparation of pitch presentations to potential clientsBuy and sell-side opportunities and other business development opportunitiesSupport the M&A team in the execution of transactionsPreparation of marketing materials, data-room management, meeting materialsSupport the Pricing & Analytics team in credit analysisPreparation of transaction data tapes, assessing quality of data and portfolio pricingHelp in maintaining our internal newsletters and databasesOther ad-hoc tasks
