Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Payroll Intern to support our payroll team and assist with ongoing projects. This is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in payroll and financial operations and build practical skills in accounting and finance within a professional international business environment. Responsibilities: * Posting bank statements for PE and B2B in 1C * Uploading payroll data in 1C for smaller entities (Norway, Slovakia, AG, and the UK) * Support for Ukrainian employees * Payroll mail box administration * Transfer of tickets to APR after payroll processing * Deductions for mobile communication * Preparation of cash reports * Other related tasks as required

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
