As an intern, you will support the Supranational Supply team in its daily operations and interactions with major global health organizations (e.g., UNICEF, WHO, and other international partners). Your responsibilities will include: Assist in operational supply activities, helping to coordinate product availability, shipments, and documentation. Support commercial processes, such as preparing offers, tracking orders, and contributing to follow-up contracts. Contribute to customer management, helping monitor requests, respond to inquiries, and support ongoing partnerships with global health organizations. Participate in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial Operations. Help ensure alignment with contractual commitments, supporting the team in delivering accurate and timely information. Take part in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or enhance tools and documentation. Gain exposure to international public health operations, learning how supply and commercial strategies contribute to delivering vaccines and health products globally.
