The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Development Support Location: Budapest, Hungary Duration: 12 months + possibility to get prolonged until the full-time, active student status condition is met Time schedule: 24 / 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week As an iXp trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting and enhancing SAP systems while contributing to critical operational processes. Your responsibilities can include some of the following: * Case Processing: Assist in managing and resolving cases efficiently to ensure smooth operations * System Enhancements: Work on smaller enhancements and recurring tasks * Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test data, develop unit tests, and participate in functional testing to ensure high-quality deliverables * Queue & SLA Management: Monitor and manage queues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely issue resolution * Participating in the team work (develop or test new software features, analyze and resolve problems reported by the customers, and provide high quality fixes) * Communicating with customers and other supporting teams on a global scale
