Job Description

As a working student (f/m/d) in our dynamic team, you will support different projects in the context of security and compliance: * You will help to drive transparency of the progress in different workstreams using both Excel as well as JIRA * You will prepare PowerPoint slides to report the status of the projects as well as to visualize processes or complex challenges * You will work across units to build the bridge between SAP internal stakeholders * You will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of meetings * You will support our stakeholders by sharing the latest information / knowledge and learning about SAP’s annual budgeting process * You will have the chance to take full ownership of topics, set up meetings, prepare them, and present the results to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Software skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint), JIRA is a plus
Language skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
Soft skills: Project management, organization of meetings, and communication with different target groups
A quality and compliance mindset: Highly professional material ensures acceptance with the target group. Compliance should be looked at from a service and consulting perspective
