




We are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) Generative AI & Process Automation for the BPM Customer Engagement department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. You are eager to gain hands‑on experience in how AI and automation transform modern IT service processes? In this working student role, you will support our team in developing a knowledge‑driven, AI‑enabled ticketing and support process while collaborating closely with IT, BPM and other stakeholders across the organization. This position is available for part-time on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities * Supporting the analysis of ticket and incident processes and contributing to the identification of initial automation opportunities * Contributing to the design of user journeys for future AI‑supported service experiences * Assisting in collecting, structuring and preparing knowledge sources such as training materials, Knowledge Articles and transcripts * Contributing to the development of simple prototypes and workflows using generative AI tools and automation platforms * Assisting with system and data integrations through APIs or basic scripting (Python, optional SQL) * Conducting initial prompt optimizations, quality checks and documenting results as part of the development cycle * Supporting KPI preparation, A/B testing and usage and quality insights for evaluating automation and AI effectiveness
