





Join our Operations train, one of ManoMano's core product domains, as a Junior Product Manager Intern and help us reshape the purchase and aftersales experience for millions of customers across Europe. Our train covers a wide range of critical domains: delivery experience, payment, ManoFulfillment logistics, aftersales (orders, returns & refunds), customer support, and funds management. Our ambition is to make customer journey seamless, proactive and trustworthy, with AI at the core of how we automate, personalise and scale every interaction Your mission: You will participate in the various phases of the customer journey. The senior PM will be your mentor and you will support him/her to achieve the goals of the feature teams working hand in hand with Engineering, Design, Data and the rest of the Product team. This is not a “shadow and observe” internship, your role will be to understand business objectives, customer preferences, technical constraints, find the optimal solution, make sure it’s perfectly implemented and follow up closely its performance.
