Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met. Participating in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications. Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations. Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality. Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
