









Support the HR team in daily HR administration (contracts, onboarding documentation, employee records, etc.) Monitor and handle HR tickets in our HR system (Workday and Xurrent) Assist in updating HR procedures, guidelines, and templates Provide support in HR operations processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and employee data changes Participate in improvement projects related to employee experience and HR services Work closely with HR Officers and other colleagues to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR processes Learn about HR systems, employment law basics, and HR operations best practices
