Tijdens je afstudeerstage ga je aan de slag met actuele HR vraagstukken die direct bijdragen aan onze interne professionalisering: * Je onderzoekt en inventariseert de nieuwe Wet Toelating Terbeschikkingstelling van Arbeid (WTTA) en vertaalt de implicaties naar concrete HR richtlijnen. * Je optimaliseert onze processen rondom de inlenersbeloning, zodat ze volledig voldoen aan wetgeving en cao-afspraken. * Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de vernieuwing van het personeelshandboek, samen met ons HR?team. * Tevens de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan recruitmentprocessen.
