The selected candidate will work within the Protected Access Domain, collaborating closely with the Group Proposition Management Director and engaging with cross‑functional, international teams. The candidate will play a meaningful role in shaping the future of our product and services portfolio, contributing analytical rigor, structured problem‑solving, creativity, and a hands‑on entrepreneurial approach to high‑impact initiatives.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to connect insights to the broader strategic context.
Entrepreneurial, committed, and hands-on mindset, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and resilience in driving work forward.
Solid understanding of and genuine interest in technology, with the motivation to learn quickly and engage with technical topics.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively in international and multicultural environments.
Highly structured and detail-oriented, applying sound 80/20 judgment while maintaining a clear perspective on overarching objectives and business impact.
