Our Internship Program offers exposure to various functions, enabling you to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that have a direct impact on our business. Do you think you’re the right fit for this opportunity? Apply today! Available Teams/Functions Within the Supply Chain department, you can have the chance to join our Customer Service Team. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing Support: Assist with entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in all stages of the initial order-to-cash process. Back Office Administration: Provide general administrative support for the Customer Service team, including updating records, filing documentation, and assisting with internal reports. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with logistics, supply chain planning, credit, and sales departments to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any internal issues. Project work: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the process: Master Data Cleanup: Help with master data cleanup and maintenance for customer service, ensuring that all customer-related data is up-to-date, consistent, and accurate. SharePoint Organization: Support efforts to organize and structure the team’s SharePoint space, ensuring that documents and files are correctly sorted and easily accessible to the team. Work Shadowing: Participate in work shadowing opportunities to gain a broader understanding of the customer service process, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (ideally coming from Business Management, International trade, Supply Chain studies)
  • proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support
  • well-organized and you have strong communication skills
  • fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • interested in developing your skills and knowledge in the supply chain
  • basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • available at least 20 hours/week
