








ZOLL Medical Italia is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and guide patients wearing the LifeVest, ensuring they receive clear, timely, and compassionate technical assistance. Job Description – Key Responsibilities Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission. Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution. Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues. Hotline Management: Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30). After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team. Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges. Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.
