


Global Talent Development Apprentice Key Responsibilities: + Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, while measuring effectiveness of current programs and identifying areas of improvement. + Conduct detailed data analysis of talent pools, extracting insights to inform talent development programming. + Coordinate global RISE (performance evaluation) campaigns, partnering with local HR to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community. + Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent up to 30 years of age. + Support in the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, such as action planning following the Pulse Survey results and the new LVMH “Career Compass” career development framework. + Provide animation, administrative and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as LVMH Spring Graduate Program. + Manage mobility trackers for team to organize next steps career discussions and support succession planning for the organization.
