Key responsibilities include: * Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business. * Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the Polish market. * Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management. * Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation. * Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling. * Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins. * Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
