Job Description

Collaborating with multifunctional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) in a manufacturing environment to ensure the integration of solutions into existing workflows. * Analyzing and optimizing existing processes by integrating innovative digital solutions. * Defining user requirements and developing clear functional specifications for digital tools. * Building and deploying solutions from the idea to the solution using various skills: software development, networking, governance… * Documenting processes (technical and functional) and providing training for end users. * Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and proposing continuous improvements.

Requirements

A degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification with a specialization in processes or digital technologies.
Experience in the digital field, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, etc.
A passion for transforming and improving processes through technology.
Experience working in teams, with cultural sensitivity and a willingness to share insights.
The ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
