



As part of our Services Quote to Cash operations, you will be responsible for facilitating certain segments of the day-to-day operational processes related to front-end (customer support or sales support) and/or back-end (contract booking and activation, offer creation, renewal management, order booking or dispute management) activity in support of the organization’s business objectives. To do so, you will work closely with your peers in operations teams and/or regional business teams functions by utilizing organization’s tools and data infrastructure. You will support activity related to particular team processes like customer order booking, order release, renewal activation, partner/sales request (tickets) management, etc. You will support in resolving operational issues that may arise from the entire sales process flow (e.g., order status, return and delivery, invoicing, and post-financial sales schedules) You will issue reports related to the assigned operational activity and analyse the data You will request/ share data and coordinate actions with other teams and functions as guided by the process You will ensures verification, functionality, business control and compliance with audit requirements aimed at securing HPE financially
