Job Description

Our HR Business Partner Teams work closely with leaders, line managers and employees of a defined business area. They provide partnership, consulting and coaching on all people related matters. HR Business Partners support a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint. As our HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR business partnering. You’ll be involved in daily operational tasks, contribute to HR projects, and help shape how we communicate with our employees. You’ll also play a role in organizing office events that strengthen our workplace culture.

Requirements

Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR tools is a plus
Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace
Student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
