Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner
Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service
Set-up buffets and food stations
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued
flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
