You will be fully involved in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Affairs and Engagement department and will be responsible for the local representation of the L'Oréal Group in the Swiss market: * Planning and organizing internal events to engage employees in L'Oréal's commitments and projects, such as sustainability and corporate social responsibility * Activating various internal communication channels such as the intranet or newsletters * Assisting in the planning and execution of external communication campaigns and events * Creating paid media campaigns, writing LinkedIn posts and press statements * Updating and organizing our external stakeholder map, including journalists and press contacts, as well as providing general support for daily tasks
