M&A Internship Description Are you a university student or recent graduate with a passion for finance and a keen interest in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) looking for an internship? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as an M&A Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of mergers and acquisitions. We are looking for: Three recent graduates who completed their studies for a 6 month internship, starting ASAP Three sandwich year placement students for 12 month placement, starting in the summer At Valsoft, our mission is to acquire and nurture vertical software businesses that deliver mission-critical solutions in their niche markets. Key Responsibilities: 1.Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%): * Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities. * Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline. 2.Deal Execution Support (20%): * Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence. * Conduct comprehensive financial analysis. 3.Business Development (20%): * Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe. * Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.
