




We are looking for a motivated and organized Student Assistant to join our Copenhagen office on a part-time basis (15-20 hrs/week). Following the successful tenure of our current student, we are ready to welcome a new team member who wants to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, international environment. You will work closely with our Administrative Coordinator and support the Nordic Sales and Supply teams in their day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - ideal for a student who wants to learn by doing. What You Will Be Doing Procurement Support * Assist with purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoice handling * Support the procurement process from requisition to completion * Help monitor procurement activities and flag issues where needed General Administration * Handle incoming calls, mail, and day-to-day office tasks * Maintain office supplies and manage orders * Support with lunch/breakfast arrangements and office coordination (keys, freight, P-licenses, alarm system) * Assist with IT office purchases and facility coordination Sales & Marketing Support * Update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and leaflets on Syngenta Nordic websites * Support the sales team by entering and maintaining events, prices, and bonus information in SAP
