Work in tandem with Claims Handlers to review and assist in the pet claims handling process (analyse customer-submitted documents from vets and validate them based on the pet's health condition and applicable insurance terms and conditions). Contribute to the daily tasks related to pet claims handling (administrative duties, communication with the Product Unit).
