In your first year of training, you will learn basic skills such as sawing, drilling, filing and milling in our own training workshop. Gradually, you will learn how our company and the production process itself actually work - from the actual production to mechanical maintenance and quality assurance, everything will be explained to you in detail. Always with you: Our training officers, who will support you in every department. Turning, milling, soldering, assembling, testing, repairing - that's your thing? Turn your love of technology into a career and become an industrial mechanic! You want to study and gain practical experience at the same time? Our dual study program (StuPrax) is the perfect fit! In addition to your studies in mechanical or electrical engineering or IT, you will also complete a practice-oriented apprenticeship. Small part – big effect? Become an electronics technician for automation technology. Create a complex overall system with your talent for details! Even after your apprenticeship, we offer you a wide range of employment opportunities - within Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH and/or within the Salzgitter Group. In addition, you can take advantage of our offers for further training. We will be happy to support you in your further development. A student internship is possible in our training workshop for a period of two weeks. There you will get a first insight into the profession of an industrial mechanic. We also offer other internship opportunities for school students throughout the Group.
