Updating client website pages Updating executive and contact grids Updating tracking systems for projects, clients, etc. Support with Instagram/ Arrange Social Media posts with client announcements Helping with Invoices Desk cover – cover Assistant / Co-ordinator time off Assisting with contracts/deal memos. Showreel and reel making Assistant support – provide assistants with any additional support needs Ad hoc duties as and when they arise
