






As a receptionist you would be working on: * H andling the front desk activities of the office, including reception, managing guests, deliveries, office bookings and entry cards, etc . * Assisting with team buildings, office experience projects and office events * Managing inventory of food and office supplies, furniture and equipment * Reporting facility issues to building maintenance and our IT group * Supporting the day-to-day administrative needs for the team and the operation of our office * Various ad-hoc tasks related to the office, employees and events * Creating an experience that enhances the work-life of our colleagues
