We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND team, working with Key Stage 3 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to thrive both academically and personally. The Role: * Supporting students with a range of special educational needs within a Key Stage 3 SEND class * Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities * Providing one-to-one and small group support * Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students build confidence and independence * Assisting with personal care where required
