The Role As our new Student Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and technology strategy, supporting senior technology professionals and contributing directly to decision making in Group IT. You will gain hands on experience across STARK Group’s European footprint, working with topics that influence our architectural direction, technology choices and long term digital ambitions. What you will be working on You will support the Technology Office with tasks such as: Strategic Technology & Architecture Analysis Conduct analyses that inform Group IT decisions - e.g. quantifying architectural health, identifying technical debt, and performing cost/benefit analyses for technology selection. Research and communicate insights on relevant technology trends and their maturity. Roadmaps & Governance Contribute to the development and maintenance of technology and architecture roadmaps. Help structure documentation and analytical material used by senior IT stakeholders. Cross Europe Collaboration Work alongside experienced technology professionals across our European markets. Gain exposure to how technology strategy is executed in a large, international organisation . What you bring You are eager to lean and are an analytically strong student who is motivated by teamwork and solving complex problems. We imagine that you: Are a third year BSc or first year Master’s student at AU/BSS with a technology or data focus and strong business interest. Have solid analytical skills and are proficient in Python and/or SQL. Are structured, curious, and comfortable working with numbers.
