Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12 week summer assignment to support our full time Talent Acquisition team in Bulgaria. This internship offers hands on experience across candidate sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment operations, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with experienced recruiters and contribute to how we attract, engage, and communicate with talent across both internal and external platforms.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employer branding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new systems
