Your team Join Julius Baer’s Product Management team as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the development and optimisation of the Bank’s balance sheet products — including client deposits and funding solutions. Working closely with experienced product managers, you will assist in analysing market trends, evaluating product performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role offers valuable exposure to key banking functions such as Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and IT, giving you a holistic view of how product initiatives are delivered in a global wealth management environment. What to work on: * Support market and competitor analysis for balance sheet products * Assist in assessing product performance using data and reporting tools * Help map and improve end-to-end operational processes * Prepare presentations and reports for internal discussions What to learn: * Learn about regulatory, commercial, and strategic considerations in product development * Learn about client deposits and funding solutions
