Job Description

The position as Inventory Assistant is responsible for supporting the Inventory and Asset Management Team in maintaining accurate inventory and asset records for assigned equipment and materials. The main focus of the role is day‑to‑day system updates, documentation verification, and coordination of asset lifecycle activities (repairs, scrapping, divestments, ownership updates, etc.). The position ensures data accuracy in ERP systems and supports smooth internal processes related to asset and inventory management.

Requirements

  • A formal education at bachelor level or equivalent within a relevant field
  • 0–2 years of experience within inventory, supply chain, administration, or a related area
  • Excellent English language skills (min. B2) both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes
