





You will join the HR Functional Teams and report to the HR Business Partner responsible for Legal, Risk, Quality/Environment, Regulation, and Communication/Public Affairs functions. You will be involved in the following areas: Operational HR / HR Management * Support and administration of various operational HR processes such as recruitment, international mobility and engagement surveys * Support employees and managers on various HR related topics * Contribution to various cross-functional topics depending on team and Group priorities HR De v elopment * Support in execution of talent management processes (performance management, growth conversations etc.) * Supporting business teams in defining their development plans * Coordination of plan for Learning and development, including tracking and follow up HR Projects * Involvement in cross-functional projects based on team- and Group needs, such as competency framework implementation
