Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement team. In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective—turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization. Your Responsibilities * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (incl. macros) and Power BI * Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights * Conduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as needed * Visualize findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders * Support coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e.g. access management)

Requirements

active student status (under age of 25 can be also passive)
minimum 20-25 hours of work per week (35-40 hours is a plus)
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
Advanced skills in Excel (including macros) and Power BI
Confident in structuring data and telling stories through visuals
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
No HR knowledge required—curiosity and learning mindset matter most
Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
