We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement team. In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective—turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization. Your Responsibilities * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (incl. macros) and Power BI * Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights * Conduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as needed * Visualize findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders * Support coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e.g. access management)
