We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn.About the Team:The Operational Permanent & Control (OPC) team plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks. We collaborate closely with business units, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure robust control frameworks, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement in risk management practices. Our team drives transparency through data-driven reporting, stakeholder engagement, and proactive issue resolution—fostering a culture of accountability and resilience.By joining us, you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end risk processes, cross-functional projects, and strategic initiatives while contributing to a dynamic environment where analytical rigor and teamwork are valued.Your Main Activities Are Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for various committees. Manage and communicate exchange-related requests with stakeholders (Statistics; KPIS; presentations; etc.). Provide regular updates, including: ‐ Weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC’s senior management. ‐ Support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators. ‐ Use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports.Assist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or owner.
