We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our IT Support team. You will be responsible for providing daily user support and resolving technical issues. Your main responsibilities: * Providing Level 1 user support (first-line IT support). * Assisting users with everyday IT issues. * Managing and resolving tickets on the Jira board. * Adding and removing user access rights. * Communicating with users and explaining possible solutions.
